| 摘 要： | 目的探讨苦参总碱对血管内皮细胞(ECV304)增殖和迁移的影响。方法采用MTT比色法分析测定苦参总碱对血管内皮细胞(ECV304)增殖的影响;流室系统检测生理剪切流场下(1.5Pa)血管内皮细胞(ECV304)。结果用0,0.5,0.75,1,2.5,5g·L-1苦参提取物培养ECV304细胞24h后,其增殖抑制率分别是0,6.97%,11.37%,29.27%,35.43%,39.26%。在生理剪切流场下,苦参总碱可显著抑制ECV304细胞的迁移(P<0.01)。结论苦参提取物抑制内皮细胞(ECV304)增殖和迁移。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the inhibition of Sophora flavescens alkaloids on proliferation and migration of the endothelial cells(ECV304).METHODS By MTT ,the effects of Sophora flavescens alkaloids(ECV304) on the proliferation of the endothelial cells were analyzed.After being treated with Sophora flavescens alkaloids, endothelial cells(ECV304) were subjected to flow shear stress of 1.5 Pa.RESULTS After treatment for 24 h by Sophora flavescens alkaloids(0,0.5,0.75,1,2.5 and 5 g·L-1), the inhibitory rate of proliferation were 0, 6.97%, 11.37%, 29.27%, 35.43% and 39.26%, respectively.CONCLUSION Sophora flavescens alkaloids could inhibit the proliferation and migration of the endothelial cells(ECV304) . |
