鸡血藤药材质量评价研究

 目的 建立鸡血藤药材质量评价的方法。 方法 采用 HPLC 测定了 23 批不同产地鸡血藤药材样品中原儿茶酸、表儿茶素、大豆苷元、毛蕊异黄酮、染料木素、异甘草素等 6 种指标成分的含量，并考察了醇溶性浸出物、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分及水分等药材常规理化实验项目。 结果 鸡血藤药材指标成分含量和常规实验项目测定结果表明，所测 23 批不同产地鸡血藤药材间存在差异，指标成分以表儿茶素、异甘草素含量较高。 结论 本实验为鸡血藤药材质量的评价提供参考。

Studies on Systematical Quality Evaluation of Spatholobus suberectus

OBJECTIVE To systematically evaluate the quality of Spatholobus suberectus. METHODS The contents of 6 marker compounds in 23 samples of Spatholobus suberectus collected from different areas and markets were analyzed by HPLC method. Some physical and chemical tests( EtOH extract, total ash, acid-insoluble ash, H2O) were used to investigate their quality. RESULTS There were significant differences among 23 batches of crude drug material of Spatholobus suberectus in contents of 6 index compounds as well as some physical and chemical parameters. The contents of epicatechin and isoliquiritigenin were highest in 6 index compounds. CONCLUSION The study provided reference in order to systematically evaluate the quality of Spatholobus suberectus.
