HPLC 测定消结安合剂中延胡索乙素的含量

 目的 建立用高效液相色谱法测定消结安合剂中延胡索乙素含量的方法。 方法 采用高效液相色谱 - 紫外检测器法 , 以十八烷基键合硅胶柱（ Kromasil C₁₈ ， 4.6 mm × 250 mm ， 5 μm ）为色谱柱，甲醇 - 水 - 三乙胺（ 65 ∶ 35 ∶ 0.5 ）为流动相，流速： 0.8 mL·min^-1 ，检测波长： 280 nm 。 结果 消结安合剂中延胡索乙素在 0.250~8.00 mg·L^-1 内线性良好， <> r =0.999 8 ，平均回收率（ <> n =5 ）为 100.19%,RSD 为 2.43% 。 结论 本方法操作简便、准确、灵敏，为该制剂的质量控制建立了方法。

Determination of Tetrahydropalmatine in Xiaojiean Mixture by HPLC

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Xiaojiean. METHODS The content of tetrahydropalmatine was determined by HPLC assay. The separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-water-triethylamine (65∶35∶0.5) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1. The wavelength was set at 280 nm. RESULTS The linear range was 0.250-8.080 mg·L-1 (r=0.999 8), while the average recovery was 100.19% (n=5) with RSD of 2.43%. CONCLUSION This method is simple, accurate and reliable, it can be a quality control standard of Xiaojiean.
