猪殃殃黄酮类成分研究

摘    要: 目的 对猪殃殃全草中黄酮类成分进行分离鉴定。 方法 采用硅胶、 C18 反相硅胶、聚酰胺、 Sephadex LH-20 凝胶等色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过 MS , 1 H-NMR , 13 C -NMR 波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。 结果 分离得到 8 个化合物,分别鉴定为柯伊利素( I ),芹菜素(Ⅱ),木犀草素(Ⅲ),槲皮素(Ⅳ),柯伊利素 -7- O-β-D- 葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ),芹菜素 -7- O-β-D- 葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ),木犀草素 -4’ - O-β-D- 葡萄糖苷(Ⅶ)和木犀草素 -7- O-β-D- 葡萄糖苷(Ⅷ)。 结论 化合物Ⅰ~Ⅷ均为首次从该植物中分得。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To separate and identify the flavonoids from the whole plant of Galium aparine L.var tenerum (Gren. Et Godr.)Rebb. METHODS The column chromatography(including silica gel, C18 reverse-phase silica gel,polyamide and Sephadex LH-20)was used to separate constituents. The structures were elucidated by MS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectral data. RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as chrysoeriol(I), apigenin(Ⅱ), luteolin(Ⅲ), quercetin(Ⅳ), chrysoeriol-7-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅴ), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅵ), luteolin-4′-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅶ)and luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅷ). CONCLUSION CompoundⅠ-Ⅷ were isolated from Galium aparine for the first time.
