五味子不同炮制品补益作用的实验研究

 目的 观察五味子不同炮制品对小鼠的补益作用。方法 以碳粒廓清实验方法考察五味子不同炮制品水煎液对免疫低下小鼠廓清指数 <> K 、吞噬指数 α 、脾脏指数及胸腺指数的影响。以小鼠转棒耐力、血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD) 活力、丙二醛 (MDA) 含量作为考察指标，观察五味子不同炮制品对肾阴虚模型小鼠的影响。 结果 实验研究表明，五味子不同炮制品均可提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能，且可提高免疫器官的重量同时提高小鼠转棒耐力， SOD 活力增强， MDA 含量降低。 结论 五味子不同炮制品均有明显的提高免疫能力，增强补益的作用。

Study on Tonify-Effect of Different Processed Products of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis

OBJECTIVE To investigate the tonify-effect of different processed products of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis in mice. METHODS Clearance rate K, phagocytic index α, spleen index and thymus index were the content index. The effects of different processed products of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis were optimised using clearance rate of charcoal particles. Malonicaldehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD), were measured. The effect of different processed products of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis on kidney-Yin mice was obtained. RESULTS The different processed products of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis all were found to promote the phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophage, increase the weight of immune organ and improve the endurance, increase SOD activity, decrease MDA. CONCLUSION Different processed products of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis all have significant influence to improve the immunity ability and enhance the invigoration.
