摘    要: 目的 对狗枣猕猴桃 <>Actinidia kolomikta (Rupr.et Maxim.) Planch] 叶的三萜成分进行分离鉴定。 方法 利用多种色谱手段对化学成分分离纯化,用波谱及化学的方法确定其结构。 结果 分离得到的化合物鉴定为 3-<>O-<>β-<>D- 吡喃葡萄糖基 -2<>α , 3<>β , 6<>β , 19<>α , 21<>β , 23- 六羟基 -12- 烯 -28- 乌苏酸。 结论 该化合物为新化合物。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To separate and identify the triterpenoid constituents of the leaves of Actinidia kolomikta (Rupr.et Maxim.) Planch. METHODS Multi-chromatographic methods were used for the isolation and purification. Structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. RESULTS The compound was identified as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2α, 3β, 6β, 19α, 21β, 23-hexahydroxylolean-12-en-28-oic acid. CONCLUSION This compound is a new compound.
