广东汉族斑秃及其中医证型与HLA-DRB1基因的相关性研究

目的:探讨广东汉族斑秃及其中医证型与HLA-DRB1基因的相关性。方法:采用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)技术,对广东汉族51例斑秃患者的HLA-DRB1基因多态性进行研究,并对斑秃中医证型与HLA-DRB1的相关性进行分析。结果:HLA-DR7、HLA-DR9均显著低于正常对照(P=0.036,P=0.004)。DR12(DRB1*12)血热风燥型基因频率较其它斑秃中医证型显著升高(P=0.01)。结论:广东汉族斑秃与HLA-DRB1相关联,斑秃中医证型可能有其一定的遗传基础。

A study on the correlation of HLA-DRB1 genes to alopecia areata sub-types differentiated based on TCM theory

Objective: To determine the possible relationships between HLA-DRB1 genes and the sub-types of alopecia areata,which were differentiated based on Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) theory.Methods: Polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers(PCR-SSP) technique was applied to analyze HLA-DRB1 gene polymorphism in 51 Han nationality patients with alopecia areata in Guangdong Province.The correlation of HLA-DRB1 gene polymorphism to the sub-types of alopecia areata,based on TCM theory were analyzed.Results: The gene frequencies of HLA-DR7 and HLA-DR9 were much lower in patients with alopecia areata than those in control group(P=0.036,P=0.004).The frequency of DR12(DRB1*12) from the patients with the sub-type "Xuere-Fengzao"(blood-hotness/wind-dryness) was much higher than that of the other sub-types(P=(0.01)).However,no direct correlation of these two genes to the severity of the disease was found.(Conclusion): The sub-type "Xuere-Fengzao" of alopecia areata in Guangdong is a HLA-DRB1 related disease.The TCM theory may,to some extent,have a base of genetics.
