脑干出血30例临床分析

目的 分析脑干出血的临床表现特点及治疗方法。方法 采用回顾性方法总结30例脑干出血的临床、颅脑CT、MRI及治疗结果。结果 30例中半数以上出现病灶对侧中枢性面瘫或偏身痛觉减退,近1/3病例同时合并丘脑或中脑梗塞,77％病例治愈。结论 脑干出血多发生于桥脑中上段,可同时合并椎基底动脉系统梗塞,少量脑干出血保守治疗预后良好。

Clinical Analysis of Brain Heamorrhage in 30 Cases

Objective To study the clinical symptoms of brain stem heamorrhage. Method A retrospective analysis on the clinical symptoms,CT,MRI,scan of cerebrum, and the treatment results of 30 patients of brain stem heamorrhage was performed. Result More than half of the 30 patients suffered from central facial paralysis on the contralateral side of the focus or hypalgesia on one side. Nearly 1/3 of them suffered from thalamencephalic or dience-phalic infarct.77% of the patents were cured. Conclusion Brain stem heamorrhages often takes place in the upper and middle part of pons, and meanwhile the patient can suffer from vertebral - basilar system infarct. A few pa-dents with conservative treatment show favourable prognosis.
