| 摘 要： | 目的了解老年患者谵妄发生的原因和临床特点,探讨相关护理对策。方法对2012-01/2013-10月作者医院老年病科的65例谵妄患者进行观察,分析谵妄发生的原因和临床特征,并制定相应的护理对策。结果痴呆、脑血管疾病、感染、心血管疾病是导致老年患者谵妄的主要原因。及时、恰当的护理能够有效减少谵妄引起的意外发生。结论充分认识老年谵妄的基本临床特征,选择合适的护理措施,有助于患者的早日康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical features and related nursing strategy of elderly patients with delirium.Methods Sixty-five cases of elderly patients with delirium were observed in geriatric ward of our hospital in January 2012 to October 2013,analysed the causes and clinical features of delirium and formulated the corresponding nursing countermeasures.Results Dementia,cerebral vascular disease,infection and cardiovascular disease were the leading cause of delirium in elderly patients.Proper psychological nursing can effectively relieve delirium bad emotion and prevent accidents caased by deliriam.Conclusion It would promote the patients’ recover by fully recognizing the basic clinical features of delirium and choosing the appropriate nursing measures. |
