| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人乳头状瘤病毒（human papilloma virus,HPV）感染与外阴恶性肿瘤的关系,为外阴恶性肿瘤的防治提供指导。方法本研究选取手术切除治疗并病理确诊的30例外阴恶性肿瘤患者的临床和病理资料,分别用免疫组织化学法（immunohistochemistry,IHC）和原位分子杂交（in situ hybridization,ISH）方法,检测切片中HPV感染情况。结果 30例外阴恶性肿瘤患者中IHC检测HPV表达均为阴性;ISH法检测1例HPV16/18（1/30 3.33%）低度阳性表达,其余均为阴性。结论外阴恶性肿瘤组织中HPV感染率较低,外阴恶性肿瘤发生可能与HPV感染无关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the human papilloma virus （HPV） infection and its relationship with genital malignancies, and supply reference for vulva cancer prevention.Methods The clinical and pathological data of 30 patients with vulvar cancer were studied. HPV infection status in the tissues were examined by immunohistochemistry （IHC） and in situ hybridization （ISH） .Results In 30 patients, HPV expressions were all negative by IHC, and was lowly expressed in one case （1/30,3.33%） by ISH method.Conclusion Genital HPV infection rate is low in malignant tissues, suggesting that HPV infection is not associated with vulvar carcinoma. |
