氯沙坦钾联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症的疗效

目的分析评价氯沙坦钾联合氨氯地平对原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症患者的临床疗效。方法选择2011-01/2013-01月来作者医院就诊、诊断为原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症患者共70例,男性40例,平均年龄（62.2±8.5）岁;随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,治疗组患者给予氯沙坦50 mg/d＋氨氯地平2.5 mg/d,对照组患者给予安慰剂＋氨氯地平2.5 mg/d;连续降压4周后检查血压和尿酸值,每周一次,持续4周。分析比较两组患者用药前后临床指标的变化（收缩压、舒张压及血尿酸）及药物的安全性。结果两组患者的收缩压、舒张压及血尿酸值治疗后均比治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且治疗组比对照组下降的更明显（P〈0.05）。结论氯沙坦钾联合氨氯地平针治疗原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症有较好的临床效果,安全性高,有很大的临床价值。

Efficacy of Losartan Potassium Plus Amiodipine for the Patients with Esential Hypertension and Hyperuricemia

Objective To research the efficacy of losartan potassium plus amlodipine for the patients with esential hypertension and hyperuricemia.Methods A total of 70 patients diagnosed as esential hypertension and hyperuricemia arrived at our hosptial from January 2011 to January 2013 with 41） males, mean age （62.2 ± 8.5） years were randomly divid ed into the treatment group and control group, each of 35 cases.The treatment group were given losartan potassium （50 mg/d） ＋ amlodipine （2.5 mg/d） . he control group were given placebo ＋ amlodipine （2.5 mg/d） .They were followed up for 4 weeks to measure the level of blood pressure and uic acid, once a week.The difference of clinical indicators before and after the treatment（systolic and diastolic blood pressure, uric acid） wad compared and the security of the drugs was e valuated.Results The level of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, utic acid in the two groups were all significantly less than pre-treatment （P〈0.05） .The extent of the decrease in the treatment group was more than control group （P〈 0.05） .Conclusion It is very effective and safe of losartan potassium plus amlodipine for the patients with essential hypertension and hyperuricemia, which is very valuable in clinical work.
