去乙酰化酶6在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨去乙酰化酶6在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取作者医院2011-10/2013-10月收治的胃癌患者87例为观察组,选取本院同期胃黏膜慢性炎症患者83例为对照组,采用免疫组织化学和原位杂交法检测去乙酰化酶6蛋白和mRNA的表达,分析胃癌患者病理组织的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移与乙酰化酶6蛋白和mRNA表达的关系,分析胃癌患者乙酰化酶6蛋白与mRNA的相关性。结果观察组患者乙酰化酶6蛋白阳性率、乙酰化酶6 mRNA阳性率均明显高于对照组。乙酰化酶6蛋白、乙酰化酶6 mRNA与病理组织分化程度、病理组织浸润深度、淋巴结转移均具有明显的正相关性。结论乙酰化酶6蛋白和mRNA表达有助于判定胃癌患者的临床病症和生物学行为,具有高度的临床意义。

Expression and Clinical Significance of Histone Deacetylase 6 in Gastric Cancer

Objective To investigate expression and clinical significance of histone deacetylase 6 in gastric cancer. Methods A total of 87 patients with gastric cancer were selected in hospital from October 2011 to October 2013 as obser vation group. Another 83 patients with chronic inflammation of gastric mucosa were selected at the same period as control group. Histone deacetylase 6 protein and mRNA were detected by imrnunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. Rela tionship between histone deacetylase 6 protein, mRNA and degree of histologic differentiation, invasion depth, and lymph node metastasis were analyzed. Relevance of histone deacetylase 6 protein and mRNA were analyzed. Results Positive rates of histone deacetylase 6 protein and mRNA in observation group were obviously higher than control group. Histone deacetylase 6 protein, and mRNA had obvious positive correlation with degree of histologic differentiation, invasion depth and lymph node metastasis. Histone deacetylase 6 protein had obvious positive correlation with mRNA.Conclusion His- tone deacetylase 6 protein and mRNA is helpful in identifying clinical symptoms and biological behavior, which has clini cal significance.
