摘    要:目的观察直升机飞行员甲状腺和性腺激素水平,探讨飞行训练对官兵甲状腺和性腺功能的影响。方法随机抽取某陆航团129名男性直升机飞行员,训练3月后清晨抽取空腹外周静脉血,化学发光免疫法检测游离甲状腺素(free thyronine,FT4)、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(free triiodothyronine,FT3)、促甲状腺素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(thyroglobulin antibody,TGAb)、卵泡刺激素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)、泌乳素(prolactin,PRL)、睾酮(testosterone,T));选择健康体检战士42例作为正常对照组。对比飞行员组与正常对照组激素水平。结果飞行员组FT3、PRL水平均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),FT4水平明显低于对照组(P〈0.01),TSH、FSH、T均无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论直升机飞行训练可引起机体甲状腺激素变化,需引起重视。

Influence of Professional Training of Helicopter on Thyroid Hormones and Sex Gland Hormones

Abstract:Objective To observe thyroid hormones and sex hormones of helicopterists, investigate the effect of fly training on functions of thyroid gland and sex gland in armymeruMethods The researcher chose 129 helicopterists of avia- tion regiments, then collected peripheral venous blood samples in the morning after three months' training.Chemoillunis- eence was used to measure the level of free thyronine (FT4),free triiodothyronine (FT3) , thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb) , follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) , prolactin (PRL) and testosterone (T) in serum.42 healthy solders from clinic for physical check-up were as normal control group. Those hormones indexes were compare'd between two groups.Results FT3 in tank group was higher than normal control group(P〈0.01 ). FT4 in tank group was lower than normal control group (P〈0.01).TG-Ab in tank group was higher than normal control group (P〈 0.05) .TSH had no significant difference between two groups (P〉0.05). PRL in helicopterists was higher than normal control group (P〈0.01) .FSH and T had no significant difference between two groups (P〉0.05) .Conclusion Flying training of helicopter could disturb hormones of thyroid gland, which should be noticed.
