军校预选卫生士官多维疲劳与中医体质的相关性研究

目的探讨多维疲劳与中医体质的相关性,为推进和保障预选士官教育提供流行病学调查数据的支持。方法应用多维疲劳量表和中医体质量表,对某军校第二批预选卫生士官学员进行横断面流行病学调查。结果该军校预选卫生士官的多维疲劳程度明显低于军队基层医护人员,中医体质分布情况优于社会大规模流调,气虚质、气郁质、痰湿质对总体疲劳的影响大于其他偏颇体质。结论军校预选卫生士官的多维疲劳程度及中医体质分布情况与他们年龄相对较轻,军队生活作息规律,一定强度的训练和军旅文化积极健康不无关系。中医体质与多维疲劳存在相关性,为下一步研究提供了理论依据和研究方向。

Research of Correlation between Multidimensional Fatigue and TCM Constitution of Preliminary Military Medical Sergeants

Objective To investigate the relevance of Multidimensional Fatigue and traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）constitution in order to provide epidemiological data to promote and safeguard the education of preliminary military medical sergeants.Methods A cross-sectional epidemiological survey in preliminary military medical sergeants of a military university was performed by Multidimensional Fatigue and TCM constitution scale.Results The degree of multidimensional fatigue in preliminary military medical sergeants was obviously lower than the medical staff in grassroots units.The distribution of TCM constitution was better than social workers.The qi deficiency constitution,the qi movement stagnation constitution and the phlegm constitution had a bigger influence in multidimensional fatigue than the biased TCM constitution.Conclusion The degree of multidimensional fatigue and the distribution of TCM constitution in preliminary military medical sergeants are related to their young age,regular life,appropriate training and healthy culture in army.The TCM constitution has correlation with the multidimensional fatigue,which supplies the theoretical reference and instruction for further study.
