水泥生产企业职工健康状况分析及职业病预防干预措施

目的分析水泥生产企业职工健康状况并制定合理职业病预防干预措施。方法将2013年某水泥生产企业在作者医院进行年度体检未见异常的352名职工纳入研究,收集其健康体检资料进行分析。结果 59例职工各项体检指标均正常,占16.76%,293例职工有异常指标检出83.24%;一线职工各项体检指标均正常占11.41%,明显低于二线职工;血压、肝功能、血脂和血糖异常指标检出率较高,一线职工在血压、肝功、腹部B超、胸部X线透视的异常指标检出率均明显高于二线职工;共检出32例职业病,检出率高达9.09%,一线职工的健康情况良好率明显低于二线职工。结论应积极采取各种干预措施对职工进行针对性的健康指导工作,保证职工健康。

Health Condition and Occupational Disease Prevention and Intervention Measures of the Staff in Cement Production Enter- prise

Objective To analyze the health status of the staff in cement enterprise and develop rational interven- tion and prevention measures of occupational diseases. Methods A total of 352 staff in a cement production enterprise without abnormalities in the entry physical examination were studied. Their health conditions were analyzed.Results The physical indicators of 59 cases （16.76%） were normal, and of 293 cases （83.24%） abnormal. 11.41% front-line workers had normal physical indicators, which was significantly lower than the second-line workers.The positive rates of blood pressure, liver function, blood lipid and glucse were high and the positive rates of blood pressure, liver function, abdomi- nal B ultrasound,chest X-ray higher in front-line workers than those in secondqine workers. 32 cases （9.09%） had occu pational disease.The healthy rate of the front-line workers was significantly lower than the second-tier line workers.Con- clusion The targeted health guidance work should taken to the staff to ensure their physical health.
