| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨不同药物治疗同一疾病产生的经济效果。方法 :采用药物经济学的成本—效果分析法对 3种小儿急性细菌性痢疾治疗方案 ,即对A、B、C方案进行回顾性分析评价。结果 :A方案为最佳治疗方案。结论 :药物经济学的成本—效果分析方法在优化治疗方案 ,指导合理用药、减轻患者经济负担 ,提高社会和经济效益方面有重要作用

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the cost effectiveness of different pharmacotherapeutic schemes for the same disease Methods:The schemes were evaluated with pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis,i e ,three kinds of therapeutic schemes (including A,B and C schemes) for acute bacillary dysentery in children were compared Results:The results showed that A was the best scheme Conclusion:Pharmacoeconomics is very important in optimizing therapeutic schemes,guiding rational drug use and in creasing economic effectiveness |
