大肠癌中Survivin表达及其与bcl-2和P53基因表达的关系

目的:研究Survivin在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与bcl2和P53基因表达的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法对74例大肠癌及相应癌旁正常大肠组织中Survivin、bcl2和P53蛋白的表达。结果:74例大肠癌中Survivin阳性表达率为71.6%,而在相应癌旁正常大肠组织中Survivin阴性表达。Survivin表达上调与患者性别、年龄无明显相关(P>0.05),而与大肠癌分化程度低、肿瘤浸润深度及临床分期晚相关(P<0.05)。大肠癌组织中bcl2表达阳性与阴性者中Survivin阳性表达率分别为75.0%和65.4%,两者比较无显著性(P>0.05);P53表达阳性与阴性者中Survivin阳性表达率分别为82.4%和47.8%,两者比较有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:Survivin在大肠癌组织中表达上调,提示该基因在大肠癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用,Survivin表达越高,大肠癌分化程度越低,侵袭性更强,临床分期愈晚。大肠癌中Survivin阳性表达与P53阳性表达密切相关。

Expression of Survivin and Its Relationship with Expression of bcl-2 and P53 Gene in Colorectal Cancer

Objective: To investigate the expression of survivin in colorectal cancer and its relationship with the expression of bcl-2 and P53 genes. Methods: The expression of survivin, bcl-2 and P53 was detected in 74 cases of tumor tissue and tumor-adjacent normal tissue by immunohisto- chemical method. Results: The positive rate of survivin in colorectal cancer was 71.6%. Survivin was not expressed in normal tissue. The overexpression of survivin had no relation with age and sex, but was significantly related to tumor differentiation, tumor depth and clinical stage. Expression rate of survivin was 70.5% in bcl-2-positive tumors versus 65.4% in bcl-2-negative ones and without significant difference. In contrast, the rate was 82.4% in P53-positive tumors versus 47.8% in P53-negative cases and showed statistical differance. Conclusion: These data indicated that the abnormal expression of survivin might play an important role in the onset and progression of colorectal cancer and suggested the potential correlation between Survivin and P53 expression.
