| 摘 要： | 目的:观察局部冶疗加口服中药对尖锐湿疣的治疗效果。方法:将200例病人按随机分组法分成治疗组及对照 组,治疗组采用局部治疗加口服中药的方法治疗,对照组仅采用局部治疗方法,治疗期为3个月,随访半年。结果:在治疗尖锐 湿疣方面治疗组有效率为86.6％,对照组有效率为57.89％,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组复发率(24.74%) 明显低于对照组(42.11%)。结论:采用局部治疗加口服中药的方法治疗尖锐湿疣效果明显,其复发率显著降低。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe clinical therapeutic effectiveness of local treatment combined with oral Chinese materia medica in treating condyloma acuminatum. Methods: Two hundred patients with the condyloma acuminatum wen randomly divided into the control group (local treatment) and treatment group (local treatment combined with oral Chinese materia medica). The duration of treatment was 3 months. The follow-up time was 6 months. Results: The total effective rale in treatment group ( 86. 6%) was significantly higher than that of control group (57. 89%) after 3 months (P<0.05) The relapse rate of treatment group (24. 74%) was significantly lower than that of control group (42. 11% ) (P <0.01). Conclusion: Local treatment combined with oral Chinese materia medica is significant efficacy in treating the condyloma acuminatum and can reduce relapse. |
