| 摘 要： | 用原子吸收光谱仪测定了老年冠心病患者血清中的微量元素铜、锌、硒、锰的含量,结果显示患者血清中锌、硒的含量显著性低于正常人(P<0.01),并对其机理作了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | Measured were the trace element contents of copper,zinc,selenium and manganese in the serum of the senile patients suffering from coronary heart disease.The results showed that the zinc and seleni- um in the serum of the patients are obviously lower than those health people.And their mechanism was discussed preliminarily. |
