摘    要:目的:探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗高龄高危前列腺增生症(BPH)患者的安全性和有效性。方法:在积极进行个体化围手术期处理的基础上,运用TURP治疗84例高龄高危前列腺增生症患者。结果:所有患者均顺利完成TURP,术中无输血,无严重并发症出现,术后随访排尿功能恢复满意。国际前列腺症状评分(IP-SS)、生活质量评分(QOS)、最大尿流率Qmax等方面有显著改善。结论:充分的围手术期安全评估及术前准备,控制内科疾病,作好应对策略,掌握手术技巧,TURP仍然是治疗高龄高危前列腺增生患者安全、有效的方法。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the transurethral resection of prostate ( TURP ) treatment of senior and high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in patients with safety and effectiveness. Methods:In active individual surround operation period processing based on TURP, use for treatment of 84 cases of senior and high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia patients. Results:All patients were successfully completed TURP, with no blood, no serious complication, postoperative voiding function recovered satisfactorily. The International Prostate Symptom Score ( IPSS ), quality of life score (QOS), maximum urinary flow rate and other aspects of a significant improvement in Qmax. Conclusions: Full during peri operation period of safety evaluation and preoperative preparation, control of diseases in Department of internal medicine, to coping strategies, grasp the operation skills, TURP is still the treatment Of senior and high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia patients safe, effective method.
