高龄高危前列腺增生症患者行TURP术的治疗分析（附84例报告）

目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）治疗高龄高危前列腺增生症（BPH）患者的安全性和有效性。方法：在积极进行个体化围手术期处理的基础上，运用TURP治疗84例高龄高危前列腺增生症患者。结果：所有患者均顺利完成TURP，术中无输血，无严重并发症出现，术后随访排尿功能恢复满意。国际前列腺症状评分（IP-SS）、生活质量评分（QOS）、最大尿流率Qmax等方面有显著改善。结论：充分的围手术期安全评估及术前准备，控制内科疾病，作好应对策略，掌握手术技巧，TURP仍然是治疗高龄高危前列腺增生患者安全、有效的方法。
