| 摘 要： | 目的：观察拉莫三嗪对新诊断小儿癫痫的疗效。方法：47例新诊断小儿癫痫患者给予拉莫三嗪单药治疗。结果：47例患者中完全控制18例，显效15例，有效8例，无效6例，总有效率为87．2％。结论：拉莫三嗪是治疗新诊断小儿癫痫的一种安全、有效药物。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To understand the clinical effective of lamotrigine for Children patients with newly diagnosed epi- lepsy. Methods： A group of 47 Children patients with newly diagnosed epilepsy, and treated with lamotrigine （50 mg · d -1 ～ 100 mg · d -1 ）. We observed their change of seizures frequency compared with the basic - line before treatment. Results：There are 18 patients seizure free, 15 patients the frequency reduced more than 75 % ,8 patients more than 50%. the total effective reached 87.2%. All subjects had not occurred obvious side effects. Conclusions：Lamotrigine is a safe effective drug for Children patients with newly diagnosed epilepsy. |
