微创技术在高血压脑出血外科治疗中应用的临床体会

摘    要:目的:探讨和分析微创技术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效,总结其临床价值。方法:回顾性分析具有完整临床资料的2009-01~2011-12来我院就诊的高血压脑出血患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组患者有40例。40例对照组患者采用常规开颅手术治疗,40例观察组患者采用微创手术治疗,观察和比较两组不同的治疗方法对高血压脑出血的临床治疗效果。结果:对照组治愈6例,显效12例,有效10例,无效12例,总有效率70.00%;观察组治愈10例,显效22例,有效4例,无效4例,总有效率90.00%。观察组与对照组疗效对比差异显著(P〈0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组。结论:微创技术治疗高血压脑出血具有较好的临床疗效,血肿清除率高,手术时间短,有利于深部血肿的清除,安全性较好,具有较好的临床价值,值得临床借鉴和推广。

Clinical Experience in Application of Minimally Invasive Surgical Techniques in the Treatment of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract:Objective :To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of the minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, and summarize its clinical value, nethods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical and laboratory data of 80 severe patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2011, Them were divided randomly into observation group and control grouP, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated by conventional craniotomy and the observation group was treated by minimally invasive surgical treatment, observation and comparison effect of two different administration methods of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Results:Of 40 cases in the control group, 6 obtained recovery, 12 obtained marked effects, 10 obtained improvement and 12 invalid, effective rate ofT0. 00%. Of 40 cases in the observation group, 10 obtained recovery, 22 obtained marked effects, 4 obtained improvement and 4 invalid, effective rate of 90.00%. Conclusions : Minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage have better clinical efficacy, the hematoma rate, shorter operative time, the removal of deep hematoma, good security, with better clinical value, it is worth clinical reference and promotion.
