复方半枝莲汤联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察

目的]观察自拟复方半枝莲汤为主方配合西药阿德福韦酯辨证治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的疗效。方法]运用自拟复方半枝莲汤为主配合西药阿德福韦酯辨证治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎60例,并与单纯采用西药阿德福韦酯治疗对照组30例比较结果。结果]两组治疗在综合疗效、改善肝功能、在HBV复制指标复常率等方面均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论]复方半枝莲汤为主方配合西药阿德福韦酯辨证治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎有较好的疗效。
