| 摘 要： | 目的评价头孢克肟与阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗儿童细菌感染的疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索中文科技期刊全文数据库(1989—2010)与中国生物医学文献数据库(1978—2010),纳入头孢克肟与阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗儿童细菌感染的随机对照试验(RCT)文献,对纳入研究进行方法学质量评价,并采用RevMan 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果 7篇随机对照试验,共672例患者符合纳入标准,Meta分析结果显示:头孢克肟与阿莫西林克拉维酸钾比较,痊愈率OR合并值1.66(95%CI为1.22~2.26),Z=3.24(P=0.001),有显著性差异;有效率OR合并值3.07(95%CI为1.94~4.86),Z=4.80(P<0.01),有显著性差异。结论目前国内证据表明,头孢克肟治疗儿童细菌感染痊愈率、总有效率优于阿莫西林克拉维酸钾,但受纳入文献质量影响,以上结论需要高质量的临床证据进一步证实。
