经阴道能量多普勒超声对宫颈癌放疗疗效的评价

目的 探讨经阴道能量多普勒超声对宫颈癌放疗效果的评估价值.方法 对52例宫颈癌患者放疗前后的宫颈大小、病灶处血流分级、最高血流速度（Vmax）及阻力指数（RI）的变化进行观察.结果 放疗后52例患者宫颈均有缩小,宫颈病灶处血流消失或血流分级降低,RI升高,Vmax降低,与放疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论 经阴道能量多普勒超声能客观地评价宫颈癌放疗前后宫颈大小和血供情况,对宫颈癌放疗疗效的判定有重要的临床应用价值.

Value of transvaginal color Doppler energy ultrasound in evaluating radiotherapeutic effect of cervical carcinoma

Objective To investigate the value of transvaginal color Doppler energy ultrasound in evaluating the radiotherapeutic effect of cervical carcinoma. Methods 52 patients with cervical carcinoma were examined before and after radiotherapy. Their cervix size, degree of blood flow, maximum velocity （Vmax） and resistance index （RI） were observed. Results After radiotherapy, the cervix size of 52 patients were diminished, the blood flow signals in cervical lesions decreased or vanished, RI was increased and Vmax was decreased（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler energy ultrasound can objectively evaluate the radiotherapeutic effect in cervical carcinoma including cervical size and blood flow supply, it has important clinical application value in judgment of cervical carcinoma radiotherapeutic effect.
