| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨疏血通注射液对髋部术后患者血浆内皮素(ET)水平变化的影响及其临床意义.方法:将50例髋部术后患者随机分为两组,均行常规基础治疗,疏血通组23例,给予疏血通注射液静脉滴注;低分子肝素钠组27例患者,给予低分子肝素钠皮下注射,疗程均为14d.结果:两组血浆ET水平均较术后第3d明显下降(P＜0.05),且疏血通...
