摘    要:目的探索提高学龄前儿童口腔保健知识水平、使之养成良好口腔卫生行为习惯、降低龋患率的健康教育模式。方法随机选取两所幼儿园中班150名幼儿及150名幼儿家长与85名教师作为实验组,对幼儿、家长、教师进行健康教育与行为干预,两年后,评价健康教育的效果;选取另两所学生来源与实验组差不多的幼儿园140名幼儿作为对照组,不进行特殊的健康教育与行为干预,两年后比较两组幼儿龋患率。结果实验组家长与教师的口腔保健知识干预前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),幼儿口腔卫生习惯明显改善,干预前后有显著性差异(P<0.01)。实验组的幼儿龋患率与干预前比下降了3.8%,对照组幼儿龋患率比原来上升了8.5%,但两组比较没有显著性差异。结论学龄前儿童口腔保健健康教育项目所实施的口腔健康教育干预策略是有效和可行的,该模式可在幼儿园推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore health education mode of improving preschool children oral health knowledge and behavior.Methods 150 children,150 parents and 85 teachers were chosen as the interviewees from middle classes of two kindergartens by random sampling.Health education and behavior were carried out among the children,their parents and teachers.After two years,the effect of health education was evaluated.Another 140 infants were selected randomly as the control from two other kindergartens without any intervention.To compare the dental caries rate between two groups after two years.Results There was a significant difference on the oral health care knowledge level among the teachers and parents between the experiment group and the control group(P<0.05.Oral health behavior had a remarkable improvement before and after intervention(P<0.01.Dental caries rate decreased by 3.8% in experiment group after intervention while the rate increased by 8.5% in control group,and the two groups had no significant difference.Conclusion Health education mode on oral health is availability and feasible in kindergartens.
