腹部手术患者270例围手术期抗菌药物使用调查分析

目的：探讨腹部手术围手术期抗菌药物的应用现状及合理性。方法：对270例腹部手术患者围手术期抗菌药物应用进行回顾性分析。结果：270例患者Ⅰ类切口135例，Ⅱ类切口77例，Ⅲ类切口58例，全部使用了抗菌药物；术后单用1种和应用二联、三联抗菌药物的分别占37．78％、59．63％、2．59％，术后使用抗菌药物时间最短0d，最长11d，平均使用时间（3．39±2．49）d，中位使用时间2d，68．89％患者用药时间≤3d。结论：腹部外科围手术期抗菌药物使用存在不合理之处，需加强管理。[著者文摘]

Investigation of antibiotic drugs used in perioperative period in 270 patients with abdominal operation

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To probe into the antibiotics usage and rationality in abdominal operation during perioperative period. METHODS The application of antibiotics in 270 patients during perioperative period was reviewed. RESULTS Antibiotics was used in all cases. There were 135 on type I incision ,77 on type II incision and 58 on type III incision. The rate of single antibiotic treatment, 2 and 3 kinds of antibiotics combined therapy after operation was 37.78%、59.63% and 2.59%. The least usage of antibiotics after operation was zero day and the longest was 11 days; the average time was 3.39±2.49days、the mean time was 2 days 68.89% patients was less than 3 days. CONCLUSIONS Improper application of antibiotics during perioperative period should be under enhanced management.
