摘 要: | 目的开发和研制国产底层冠计算机辅助设计系统。方法用国产三维光栅投影仪获取牙颌模型的三维数据;在VC6.0和HOOPS平台上开发底层冠计算机辅助设计软件,对模型进行等距、裁剪和过渡等操作,构造出基底冠的三维模型;使用国产三轴高速数控机床进行修复体的加工。结果成功开发了国产底层冠计算机辅助设计系统,实现了底层冠修复体的计算机辅助设计全过程并完成了其计算机辅助制作的全过程。结论利用本系统设计加工出的底层冠质量稳定、精度高。

Abstract: | Objective To study and develop a Chinese made coping crown CAD system for clinical application. Methods Preparation teeth data were retrieved by the optical measuring system; VC6.0 and HOOPS were used to develop CAD software for coping crown design; the coping crown was fabricated with themini high-speed NC milling machine. Results A software of a CAD system of the coping crown and the whole process with the CAD/CAM technique for the manufacture of a coping crown were actualized. Conclusion The dental coping crown designed and fabricated by this system was steady and precise. |
