喘证辨治溯源

《内经》中最早提出喘证的病因病机、病证分类及其证侯特点，成为后世对喘证辨治的理论依据。喘证以虚实辨，实喘包括肺热喘、肺寒喘、肺胀喘、心痹喘、腑实气逆喘、水气喘及血瘀喘；虚喘包括肺虚喘、肾虚喘及五脏气败喘。《内经》关于喘证的论述，对指导辨证论治具有十分重要的意义。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Syndrome Characterized by Dyspnea

The pathogenic factors,pathogenesis,classification and characteristic of the syndrome characterized by dyspnea were firstly expounded in The Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic and became the basis of diagnosis and treatment of dyspnea later.Dyspnea was differentiated into two types,one was deficiency type and the other was excess type.The excess type included dyspnea due to lung heat,dyspnea due to lung cold,dyspnea due to lung distension,dyspnea due to obstruction of the heart qi,dyspnea due to excess of fu,dyspnea due to retention of fluid in the body and dyspnea due to blood stasis.The deficiency type included dyspnea due to lung deficiency,dyspnea due to kidney deficiency and dyspnea due to the disorders of five zang organs.The statement in The Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic was significant for the diagnosis and treatment of dyspnea.
