痛风胶囊对实验性IgA肾病合并高尿酸血症大鼠血尿酸水平及肾组织MCP-1表达的影响

目的:观察痛风胶囊对实验性IgA肾病(IgAN)合并高尿酸血症大鼠血尿酸水平及肾单核细胞趋化因子-1(MCP-1)表达的影响.方法:参照文献方法建立IgA肾病合并高尿酸血症的动物模型,随机分成模型组、治疗组、阳性对照组,并设立正常对照组,给予相应药物处理,共30天.检测大鼠肾功、血尿酸变化,免疫组化法检测MCP-1在肾脏的表达.结果:治疗组血清尿酸水平有所下降,对血清肌酐、尿素氮无明显影响;阳性对照组的血清肌酐、尿素氮水平明显增高;免疫组化结果显示治疗组的MCP-1表达强度与正常对照组之间差异不显著,模型组和阳性对照组的表达强度强于正常对照组.结论:痛风胶囊与别嘌呤醇均能降低血清尿酸水平,但痛风胶囊对肾脏组织结构及功能无损害,下调肾组织MCP-1表达可能是其作用机制之一.

Effects of Tongfeng Capsule on Trioxypurine Level and Renal MCP-1 Expression of Rats with IgA Nephrosis Combined Hyperuricemia

To observe the effects of tongfeng capsule on serum trioxypurine level and renal MCP-1 expression on rats with experimental IgA nephrosis combined hyperuricemia.Meothods: Medels of experimental IgA nephrosis combined hyperuricemia were made by consulting method that other's reported, rats were divided into normal, model,positive control and tongfeng capsule groups,each group was given corresponding medcine, rats' renal function and serum trioxypurine level were tested, renal MCP-1 expression was determined by immunohistochemical method.Results: The serum trioxypurine level was lowered after treated with tongfeng capsule,there was no inflence on renal function; the SCr and BUN level were elevated in the positive control group. The renal MCP-1 expression of model and positive groups was obviously higher than that of nomal, but there was no difference between tongfeng capsule group and normal on the renal MCP-1 expression. Conclusion: Tongfeng capsule can effectively lower serum trioxypurine level of rats with IgA nephrosis combined hyperuricemia. There is no side effects on kidney.
