云南省石林县脑卒中经济负担研究

目的：了解农村居民脑卒中的直接和间接经济负担，探讨影响农村居民疾病的经济负担的因素。方法：采用PPS抽样，应用人力资本法和支付意愿法对疾病的经济负担进行计算。结果：2004年石林县农村6000名调查人口中，35名脑卒中病人疾病总经济负担为421398．14元，直接经济负担为387315元，间接经济负担为34083．14元。影响石林县脑卒中病人疾病经济负担的重要因素为：职业和人均收入对直接经济负担有显著影响；对总体经济负担而言，性别和对家务的影响程度（残疾程度）的影响差异有统计学意义。结论：优先考虑对贫困地区农村的卫生投入，减轻农民的经济负担，降低脑卒中的发病率。

STUDIES OF ECONOMIC BURDEN OF STROKE IN SHILIN COUNTY.

Objective:To study the condition of economic burden of stroke in the countryside and to explore the related factors.Methods:PPS was used for sampling,Human capital method and Willing-to-pay method were used in the calculation of economic burden of disease.Results:The total sample size was 6 000 with 35 persons suffered from stroke.The total economic burden of stroke was 421 398.14 Yuan.The direct economic burden of stroke was 387 315 Yuan and the indirect economic burden of stroke was 34 083.14 Yuan.The influential factors of direct economic burden were different occupation and income per capital;sex and different serious deformity were influential factors of the total economic burden and the indirect economic burden of stroke.Conclusion:Giving priority of health investment to poor rural area and alleviating economic burden will decrease incidence of stroke.
