| 摘 要： | 目的:寻找治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法.方法:将94例患者随机分为治疗组(48例)和对照组(46例).治疗组采用针灸加骶管冲击疗法,对照组单纯采用骶管冲击疗法,观察两组的临床疗效.结果:治疗组的治愈率为64.6%,总有效率为97.9%;对照组的治愈率为37.0%,总有效率为89.1%,两组比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论:针灸结合骶管冲击疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著.

| Abstract: | Objective To search for an effective method for treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods Ninety-four cases were randomly divided into a treatment group of 48 cases and a control group of 46 cases. The treatment group were treated by acupuncture and moxibustion combined with sacral injection and the control group with simple sacral injection. Their therapeutic effects were compared. Results The cured and total effective rates were 64. 6% and 97. 9% in the treatment group, and 37. 0% and 89. 1% in the control group, with statistically significant differences between the two groups (both P<0. 05). Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with sacral injection has a significant therapeutic effect on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. |
