摘    要:目的观察慢性轻度不可预见性应激(CUMS)时不同年龄组大鼠不同脑区内乙酰胆碱酯酶的影响。方法采用免疫组织化学方法分析老年、中年和青年大鼠额叶皮质、海马、下丘脑内乙酰胆碱酯酶在慢性轻度不可预见性应激21天后的变化。结果模型组不同脑区AchE的表达比对照组有显著差异(P〈0.05)。结论慢性不可预见性应激导致不同年龄组大鼠不同脑区AchE的表达增高。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects CUMS on the activity of Acetylcholinesterase (AchE) in sub regions of brain in different aged rat. Methods lmmunohistochemistry was applied to investigate the activity of AchE in prefrontal, hippocampus, striatum and inferior calculus of old ,middle and young rats on chronic unpredictable mild stress from 21 days. Results There was greater change in the AchE expression than in the control group (P〉0.05). Conclusions CUMS can induce significant increase of AchE expression in sub regions of brain in different aged rat.
