摘    要:目的评价同伴教育和普通宣传教育两种模式对流动人口中女工进行艾滋病干预的效果。方法采用横断面研究方法,使用统一的调查问卷收集干预前后调查对象的资料。将研究对象分为两组,分别开展为期3个月的普通宣传教育和同伴教育。结果两组人员干预后知识总得分和态度总得分均有明显提高,其中同伴教育组干预前后知识得分分别为18.30±4.55分和29.17±2.45分,普通宣传教育组为17.58±3.53分和28.90±2.33分;同伴教育组干预前后态度得分分别为11.15±3.01分和14.78±2.16分,普通宣传教育组为11.03±2.91分和13.87±2.17分。干预前后两组的知识态度得分均存在统计学差异。干预前,普通宣传教育组发生性行为时使用安全套频率比同伴教育组高,差异有统计学意义,干预后同伴教育组比普通宣传教育组高,差异有统计学意义。结论干预后两组人员知识与态度得分均有明显提高,安全套使用频率两组均有不同程度的提高,但同伴教育组提高比率优于普通宣传教育组。

Abstract:Objective To comparing the effect of general education and peer education for AIDS prevention a- mong the floating female workers. Methods A same questionnaire survey was performed before and after intervention. The participants were divided into two groups, which were carried out general education and peer education respectively during three months. Results The total score of knowledge and attitudes towards HIV/AIDS significantly increased in both groups after intervention. The total score of knowledge in the peer education group before and after intervention were 18. 30 ±4. 55 and 29. 17 ± 2. 45, which in the general education group were 17. 58 ± 3.53 and 28. 90 ± 2. 33. The total score of attitudes towards HIV/AIDS in the peer education group before and after intervention were 11.15 ± 3.01 and 14. 78 ± 2. 16, which in the general education group were 11.03 ± 2.91 and 13.87 ± 2. 17. The frequency of using condoms in the general education group was significantly higher than that in the peer education group before intervention, but lower than that in the peer edu- cation group after intervention. Conclusion Peer education intervention method on AIDS was more effective than general education, though the knowledge and attitude and the frequency of using condoms were improved in both intervention groups.
