微机化实验动物心功能检测系统检测大鼠心功能的研究

摘    要:应用微机化实验动物心功能检测系统对正常大鼠心功能及异丙肾上腺素,普奈洛尔,可乐定对心功能的影响进行观察,结果与前人用其他方法所得结果相似。异丙肾上腺素引起dp/dt max,Vpm,Vmax升高;普奈洛尔则引起指标降低;可乐定也可引起心肌收缩性的减弱。

Abstract:A microcomputer detecting system was used in determination of cardiac function in rats instead of manual calculation. The positive inotropic effect of isopenaline was best shown in the increase of dp/dt- max. Vpm, Vmax, while the negative inotropic effect of propranolol was sensitively demonstrated by the decreased dp/dt max, Vpm and Vmax. Clonidine had negative inotropic effect on cardiac function. The easy operating and simple calculation procedure of this detecting syotem and its reliable results, could reach the requirements of both teaching and research practice.
