| 摘 要： | 目的 : 评价酶免疫分析法 (ELISA)体外检测过敏原在荨麻疹病因筛查中的临床应用价值。方法 : 采用ELISA检测 15 4例荨麻疹患者和 11例健康对照者血清食入性及吸入性过敏原特异性IgE。结果 : 15 4例荨麻疹患者总阳性率为 6 8.8% ,明显高于健康对照组 9.1%的阳性率 (P <0 .0 1)。其中食入组阳性率为 4 4 .8% ,鳕 (带鱼、金枪鱼 )阳性率最高 ,螃蟹、虾、龙虾次之。吸入组阳性率 4 8.1% ,尘 (粉 )螨阳性率最高 ,屋尘次之。结论 : ELISA体外检测过敏原在荨麻疹病因筛查中具有实际应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of in vitro allergen detection by ELISA in aetiological screening of urticaria. Methods: The specific IgE for food and inhalant allergens were detected serologically by ELISA in the sera from 154 cases of urticaria and 11 healthy controls. Results: Out of 154 cases of urticaria examined, total positivity rate was 68.8%, compared with that of 9.1% in control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). The food allergens were found among 44.8% of patients, mainly including cod (hairtail, tuna) and crab, shrimp and lobster. The inhalant allergens were found among 48.1% of patients, mainly including dust (powder) mite and house dust. Conclusion: Detection of in vitro allergen by ELISA is of great importance in aetiological screening of urticaria. |
