摘    要:目的研究电针对脑出血大鼠神经功能、学习记忆能力及GAP-43表达的影响。方法将40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、假手术组及电针组,每组各10只大鼠,模型组及电针组大鼠采用Rosenberg法制备大鼠脑出血模型,电针组于制备模型后24h给予电针治疗,连续治疗21d后采用NSS神经缺损体征评分法检测大鼠神经功能,水迷宫检测大鼠学习记忆能力,免疫组化法检测出血周边区GAP-43的表达水平。结果与模型组比较,电针组大鼠神经功能缺损评分明显降低,逃避潜伏期显著缩短,而出血周边区GAP-43表达显著增加(P均〈0.01)。结论电针可能通过增加大鼠出血周边区GAP-43表达而促进神经元重塑,进而改善其神经功能及学习记忆能力。

Abstract:Objective To assess the effect of electroacupuncture on nerve function, learning and memory and the expression of GAP-43 after intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) in rats. Methods 40 male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, sham operation group, model group and electroacupuncture group (10 rats every group). ICH model was made by Rosenberg methods. Electroacupuncture was applied at 24h after ICH for 10d. The nerve function of the rats was examined by NSS neurological deficit score. The ability of learning and memory was assessed by Morris water maze and the expression of GAP-43 in the surrounding area of ICH in rats was detected by immunohistochemistry method after 14d therapy. Results The score of nerve function obviously decreased in the electroacupuncture group compared with the model group (P〈0. 01). The escape la- tency in the electroacupuncture group deceased significantly compared with model group(P〈0. 01). The cere- bral GAP-43 expression in the surrounding? area of ICH increased obviously in the electroacupuncture group compared with the model group with a significant difference (P〈0. 01). Conclusions Electroacupuncture ther- apy increases the expression of GAP-43 in the surrounding? area of ICH, which might play an important role in improving the ability of nerve function, learning and memory of ICH rats.
