| 摘 要： | 目的:了解护理干预对鼻咽癌(NPC)患者治疗依从性的影响。方法:对NPC患者住院时及出院半年后进行护理干预,通过电话随访、定期复查等方式了解患者依从性的状况。结果:患者入院时与出院后掌握NPC知识、生活习惯、康复锻炼、疼痛支持依从性比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:通过电话随访、病友座谈会与患者保持及时联系,缩短护患之间的距离,改善患者生存质量,提高了生存率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To understand the influence of nursing interference on therapetic compliance of patients with NPC.Methods: Through telephone follow-up survey,periodic reexamination and readmission,continuously nursing interference was applied to the patients with NPC so that compliance can be understand.Results: There is significantly difference(P<0.01) on therapeutic compliance of patients with NPC between prehospitalization and half year of discharge.Conclusion:Through telephone follow-up survey,patients' meeting,we can directly communicate with patients,shorten the distance between nurses and patients,improve living quality,which leads to the increasing of survival rate. |
