曲美他嗪应用于不稳定型心绞痛合并糖尿病患者的临床疗效探讨

目的分析曲美他嗪应用于不稳定型心绞痛合并糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法选择2018年10月—2020年8月来该院开展治疗的不稳定型心绞痛合并糖尿病患者86例,选择奇偶数法进行分组,分为对照组(常规治疗,n=43)与实验组(曲美他嗪+常规治疗,n=43)。对比分析两组的血脂、血糖、心功能、心绞痛发作次数以及发作时间。结果在空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、三酰甘油以及总胆固醇水平上,实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在左室射血分数与每搏输出量上,实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在心绞痛发作次数与心绞痛持续时间上,实验组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪用于不稳定型心绞痛并发糖尿病的治疗效果理想,对于血糖与血脂水平的改善具有促进作用,可有效减少心绞痛发作次数,临床可进一步推广运用。

The Clinical Effect of Trimetazidine in Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine in patients with unstable angina and diabetes.Methods A total of 86 patients with unstable angina and diabetes who came to the hospital for treatment from October 2018 to August 2020 were selected.The odd and even number method was selected for grouping,and they were divided into control group(conventional treatment,n=43)and the experimental group(trimetazidine+conventional treatment,n=43).The blood lipids,blood sugar,heart function,number of attacks of angina pectoris,and time of attack were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,triglycerides and total cholesterol were lower in the experimental group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of left ventricular ejection fraction and stroke volume,the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the number of angina pectoris and the duration of angina pectoris,the experimental group was less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine has an ideal therapeutic effect for unstable angina pectoris complicated with diabetes.It has a promoting effect on the improvement of blood glucose and blood lipid levels,and can effectively reduce the number of angina pectoris.It can be further promoted clinically.
