硫辛酸联合甲钴胺用于糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果研究

目的分析α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺用于糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果。方法选取该院2017年1月—2019年4月糖尿病周围神经病变患者共102例,数字表随机分两组,每组51例,对照组的患者给予甲钴胺治疗,观察组给予甲钴胺联合硫辛酸治疗。比较两组治疗前后患者神经传导速度中腓总神经运动神经传导测定值、感觉神经传导测定值以及胫神经速度运动神经传导测定值、感觉神经传导测定值、总有效率。结果治疗前两组患者神经传导速度中腓总神经运动神经传导测定值、感觉神经传导测定值以及胫神经速度运动神经传导测定值、感觉神经传导测定值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组测定值均加速,差异有统计学意义(t=4.480、3.914、4.194、6.233,P<0.05)。观察组总有效率100.00%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ²=7.799,P<0.05)。结论甲钴胺联合α-硫辛酸对于糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果确切,可显著改善患者症状及周围神经功能,是一种有效的治疗方案。

Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Lipoic Acid Combined with Mecobalamin in Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of α-lipoic acid combined with mecobalamin in diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 102 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy from January 2017 to April 2019 in the hospital were selected.The digital table was randomly divided into two groups with 51 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with mecobalamin,and the observation group was treated with mecobalamin combined Lipoic acid treatment.The motor nerve conduction measurement values of the common peroneal nerve,sensory nerve conduction measurement values,tibial nerve velocity motor nerve conduction measurement values,sensory nerve conduction measurement values,and total effective rate were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results The comparison of the motor nerve conduction measurement value of the common peroneal nerve,sensory nerve conduction measurement value,tibial nerve velocity motor nerve conduction measurement value and sensory nerve conduction measurement value of the nerve conduction velocity between the two groups of patients before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the measured values of the two groups were accelerated,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.480,3.914,4.194,6.233,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ²=7.799,P<0.05).Conclusion Methylcobalamin combined with α-lipoic acid has a definite therapeutic effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.It can significantly improve the symptoms and peripheral nerve function of patients.It is an effective treatment plan and is worthy of popularization and application.
