Application of Ropivacaine Anesthesia in Cesarean Section of Diabetic Women

Objective To investigate the application of ropivacaine anesthesia in cesarean section of diabetic women.Methods Ninety-six diabetic women who underwent cesarean section in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in the control group and 48 cases in the study group.The control group was anesthetized with 0.5% isogravity ropivacaine 2 mL,and the study group was anesthetized with 0.4% isogravity ropivacaine 2 mL.Results There was no statistically significant difference in sensory block level between the two groups(P>0.05).The Bromage score and Bromage score after operation in the control group were greater than those in the study group,and the sensory block level after operation in the control group was lower than that in the study group,and the motor block time and sensory block time in the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of various hemodynamic indexes between the two groups at T0(P>0.05),but the study group in hemodynamic changes at T1,T2,and T3 were smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups before anesthesia,when the fetus was delivered,and when the placenta was delivered(P>0.05).The study group was sliced immediately,2 h after the fetus was delivered,and the fetus was delivered after 6 h,the blood glucose level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no respiratory depression in the two groups after surgery,but the incidence of nausea in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the application of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for cesarean section of diabetic women,the anesthesia effect of 0.4% isobaric ropivacaine 2 mL is better,and its motor block time and sensory block time are shorter,which is beneficial to patients after surgery,the recovery of sensation and movement has less impact on the blood glucose level of the parturients,and the adverse reactions after the operation are also lower.
