2型糖尿病治疗中甘精胰岛素联合口服降糖药的应用与疗效评价

目的将甘精胰岛素与口服降糖药联合应用于2型糖尿病的效果进行分析。方法选取2018年9月—2019年9月在该院接受2型糖尿病治疗的100例患者,按照抽签法均分样本为综合治疗组和口服降糖组,口服降糖组选择口服降糖药即二甲双胍治疗,综合治疗组选择以口服降糖组为基础实施甘精胰岛素治疗,评估两组临床疗效、治疗前后的血糖指标以及不良反应发生率。结果综合治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于口服降糖组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组血糖指标数据相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后综合治疗组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白值均好于口服降糖组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合治疗组不良反应总发生率显著低于口服降糖组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为2型糖尿病患者实施甘精胰岛素联合口服降糖药治疗的效果较为显著,可以提升治疗有效率,改善血糖指标,不良反应发生率低,安全性较高。

Application and Efficacy Evaluation of Insulin Glargine Combined with Oral Hypoglycemic Drugs in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To analyze the effect of combining insulin glargine and oral hypoglycemic drugs in type 2 diabetes.Methods 100 patients who were treated for type 2 diabetes in the hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected.The samples were divided into the comprehensive treatment group and the oral hypoglycemic group according to the lottery method.The oral hypoglycemic group chose oral hypoglycemic metformin treatment.The comprehensive treatment group chose to implement insulin glargine treatment based on the oral hypoglycemic group to evaluate the clinical efficacy,blood glucose indicators before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the comprehensive treatment group was significantly higher than that of the oral hypoglycemic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood glucose index data of the two groups before treatment were similar,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05);the fasting blood glucose and 2 h blood glucose after meal and glycated hemoglobin of the comprehensive treatment group after treatment were better than the oral hypoglycemic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the comprehensive treatment group was significantly lower than that of the oral hypoglycemic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of insulin glargine combined with oral hypoglycemic drugs for patients with type 2 diabetes is more significant,which can improve the effective rate of treatment,improve the blood glucose index,the incidence of adverse reactions is low,and the safety is high.
