Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Diabetic Patients in Health Checkup

Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing intervention in diabetic patients undergoing health examination.Methods A total of 76 diabetic patients who were admitted to the hospital for physical examination from June to December 2019 were randomly divided into a reference group and a study group,with 38 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine care and the study group was given nursing intervention.The two groups were compared with the blood glucose control status,mental status score,and complication rate.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels(6.16±1.33)mmol/L and(10.46±1.66)mmol/L of the study group were significantly lower than those of the reference group(9.14±1.18)mmol/L,(13.33±1.28)mmol/L,and the complication rate of the study group was 5.3%,which was significantly lower than the reference group complication rate.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out nursing intervention for diabetic patients during health checkup can not only effectively control the patient's blood glucose level,improve their anxiety and depression and other negative emotions,but also reduce the incidence of complications in patients to a certain extent.
