二甲双胍对新诊断2型糖尿病患者肠道菌群组成的影响研究

目的探讨治疗2型糖尿病时应用二甲双胍治疗的临床疗效与价值。方法将该院2018年8月—2020年8月期间接受治疗的100例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,分为常规组与观察组,常规组患者使用格列喹酮治疗,观察组患者使用二甲双胍治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后各指标变化、胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛β细胞功能指数、肠内菌群水平、不良事件发生率。结果观察组患者各指标变化、胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛β细胞功能指数、肠内菌群水平均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良事件发生率(3.33%)与常规组患者不良事件发生率(5.55%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二甲双胍疗效显著,能够改善患者肠道菌群组成,可以考虑积极推广。

Study on the Influence of Metformin on the Composition of Intestinal Flora in Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetic Patients

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and value of metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods 100 patients with type 2 diabetes who received treatment from August 2018 to August 2020 in the hospital were divided into a routine group and an observation group.Patients in the routine group were treated with gliquidone,and patients in the observation group using metformin treatment,the changes in indicators,insulin resistance index,pancreaticβ-cell function index,intestinal flora level,and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results The changes in various indicators,insulin resistance index,pancreaticβcell function index,and intestinal flora levels of the observation group were better than those in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group(3.33%)and the incidence of adverse events in the routine group(5.55%)had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Metformin has a significant effect and can improve the composition of the intestinal flora of patients.Active promotion can be considered.
