阿托伐他汀对老年2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者降脂疗效和安全性研究

目的分析阿托伐他汀对老年2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者降脂疗效和安全性。方法入组该院2019年1月—2020年1月收治的老年2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者共70例,随机分组,对照组的患者采取常规治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上增加阿托伐他汀。比较两组血脂恢复正常时间、血糖达标时间、住院的时间、治疗前后患者三酰甘油和总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血糖指标、治疗总有效率、不良反应。结果观察组血脂恢复正常时间、血糖达标时间、住院的时间短于对照组,治疗后患者三酰甘油和总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血糖指标低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无出现不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀对于老年2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝的效果确切,可有效调节患者的血脂水平,促进患者血糖改善,提高治疗的效果。

Study on the Efficacy and Safety of Atorvastatin in Lowering Lipids in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes and Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of atorvastatin in lowering lipids in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and non-alcoholic fatty liver.Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and non-alcoholic fatty liver who were admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into groups.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was based on the control group,added atorvastatin.The time to normal blood lipids,the time to reach the standard of blood glucose,the length of hospitalization,triacylglycerol and total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,blood glucose indicators,total effective rate of treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group's blood lipids return to normal time,blood glucose standard time,and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group.After treatment,the patients'triacylglycerol and total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and blood glucose indicators were lower than those of the control group,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than the control group,the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin has a definite effect on elderly type 2 diabetes with non-alcoholic fatty liver.It can effectively regulate the blood lipid level of patients,promote the improvement of patients'blood glucose,and improve the effect of treatment.
