前列地尔结合硝苯地平治疗糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效分析

目的分析探究前列地尔结合硝苯地平治疗糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效。方法该次研究采取随机盲选法,将2019年4月—2020年4月进入该校附属医院接受治疗的102例糖尿病肾病患者划分为两组,各组平均为51例;对照组患者实行常规方法治疗,观察组患者实行前列地尔结合硝苯地平治疗,进一步对比两组患者治疗前后的相关血清指标及肾功能指标水平变化情况。结果在Hcy、Cys-C及TGF-b13项血清指标水平方面,在治疗前,两组数据对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组显著要比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组ALB、BUN、Ser 3项肾功能指标水平均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的ABL水平显著要比对照组更高,BUN、Ser则显著要比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者实行前列地尔结合硝苯地平治疗的效果显著,能明显改善血清指标,保护肾脏功能。

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Alprostadil Combined with Nifedipine in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of alprostadil combined with nifedipine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods The study adopted a randomized blind selection method.102 diabetic nephropathy patients who were admitted to the school’s affiliated hospital for treatment from April 2019 to April 2020 were divided into two groups,with an average of 51 cases in each group;the control group patients implemented routine treatment.Patients in the observation group were treated with alprostadil combined with nifedipine,and the changes in serum and renal function index levels of the two groups before and after treatment were further compared.Results In terms of Hcy,Cys-C and TGF-b1 three serum index levels,before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of data(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of ALB,BUN,Ser renal function indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the ABL level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while BUN and Ser were significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of alprostadil combined with nifedipine treatment in patients with diabetic nephropathy is significant,which can significantly improve serum indexes and protect kidney function.
