Kegel训练联合电刺激生物反馈疗法治疗产后性功能障碍的疗效观察

【】 目的 :探讨kegel训练联合电刺激生物反馈疗法治疗产后性功能障碍的临床疗效。方法：选取2017年1月至2017年12月于浙江省中医院诊断为产后性功能障碍产妇220例,充分知情同意后按治疗方案分为对照组(n=100)与观察组(n=120)。对照组行Kegel训练,观察组在kegel训练基础上联合电刺激生物反馈治疗。一个疗程后,通过盆底综合肌力、FSFI评分、近期性生活状况及性激素水平,比较两种治疗方式对产后女性性功能障碍的临床效果。结果：疗程结束后观察组盆底综合肌力改善较对照组明显(c₂=112.208,P<0.00),差异有统计学意义；疗程结束后观察组 FSFI评分显著高于对照组 (t_FSFI后前=3.387,P=0.002<0.05),差异有统计学意义；治疗后观察组在性生活次数、生活高质量例数及性生活痛例数上改善均较对照组明显(P<0.05),差异均具有统计学意义。治疗后观察组E2、FSH 、LH均高于对照组明显(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论：kegel训练联合电刺激生物反馈疗法在治疗产后性功能障碍效果较单一kegel训练效果显著,值得临床上大力推广。

objective: to explore the clinical efficacy of kegel training combined with electric stimulation biofeedback therapy in the treatment of postpartum sexual dysfunction.Methods: 220 cases of postpartum sexual dysfunction patients were diagnosed in zhejiang provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2017 to December 2017, and were divided into control group (n=100) and observation group (n=120) according to the treatment plan after full informed consent.The control group received Kegel training, and the observation group received electric stimulation biofeedback therapy on the basis of Kegel training.After one course of treatment, the clinical effects of the two treatment methods on postpartum female sexual dysfunction were compared through comprehensive muscle strength of pelvic floor, FSFI score, recent sexual status and sexual hormone levels.Results: after treatment to observe the comprehensive set of pelvic floor muscle strength improvement than the control group obviously (c 2 = 112.208, P < 0.00), the difference was statistically significant;After the treatment, the FSFI score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (before and after tFSFI =3.387, P=0.002<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment, the improvement of sexual frequency, quality of life and sexual pain in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment, E2, FSH and LH in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), with statistically significant differences.Conclusion: the effect of kegel training combined with electric stimulation biofeedback therapy in treating postpartum sexual dysfunction is more significant than that of single kegel training, which is worthy of being popularized in clinic.
