三维质量评价模式对溃疡性结肠炎患者自理行为和生活质量的影响

目的 分析院外延续护理中引入三维质量评价模式对溃疡性结肠炎患者的自理行为和生活质量的影响。方法 将2015年10月至2016年9月收治的59例溃疡性结肠炎患者视为对照组,予以传统护理干预；将2016年10月至2017年9月收治的61例溃疡性结肠炎患者视为研究组,在对照组传统护理干预的基础上采取三维质量评价模式进行干预。在干预前和干预后第3个月末,两组患者接受炎症性肠病用生存质量表、自我护理能力量表、SAS和SDS量表测评。结果 研究组干预后的各维度生存质量、自我护理能力评分均较对照组高,SAS和SDS评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将三维质量评价模式应用于溃疡性结肠炎患者中,能提高其自理能力,且能改善其生活质量和心境状态。

Effect of Three-Dimensional Quality Management on Continuing Nursing in Patients with Ulcerative Colitis on Their Self-Care Behavior and Quality of Life

Objective To analyze the influence of introducing three-dimensional quality evaluation model into patients with ulcerative colitis on self-care behavior and quality of life. Methods Fifty-nine patients with ulcerative colitis treated from October 2015 to September 2016 were treated as the control group. Traditional nursing intervention was given. Sixty-one patients with ulcerative colitis treated from October 2016 to September 2017 For the research group, the three-dimensional quality evaluation model was used to intervene on the basis of the traditional nursing intervention in the control group. Before intervention and at the end of the third month after intervention, both groups received inflammatory bowel disease using the Quality of Life Scale, Self-Care Ability Scale, SAS and SDS Scale. Results The scores of quality of life and self-care ability of all groups after intervention were higher than those of the control group. SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Applying the three-dimensional quality assessment model to patients with ulcerative colitis can improve their self-care behavior and improve their quality of life and mood state.
