利拉鲁肽联合胰岛素注射液治疗2型糖尿病临床效果及血糖水平分析

目的分析2型糖尿病应用胰岛素注射液联合利拉鲁肽治疗效果与血糖水平情况。方法选取2019年9月—2020年9月该院收治2型糖尿病患者88例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组44例使用门冬胰岛素30注射液治疗,研究组44例在对照组基础上使用利拉鲁肽治疗,对两组临床效果及血糖水平进行比较。结果研究组显效43.18%,对照组显效36.36%,研究组有效率90.91%比对照组75.00%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组FPG(7.75±0.64)mmol/L、2 hPG(7.13±1.18)mmol/L与HbAlc指标(7.15±1.17)%比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组恶心、低血糖、嗜睡等不良反应发生率4.54%低于对照组18.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者SF-36评分(89.75±8.32)分比对照组(72.48±10.86)分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病应用胰岛素注射液联合利拉鲁肽治疗,能控制血糖水平,降低发生不良反应,并提高生活质量,具一定临床应用价值。

Analysis of Clinical Effect and Blood Glucose Level of Liraglutide Combined with Insulin Injection in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effects of insulin injection combined with liraglutide and blood glucose levels in type 2 diabetes.Methods From September 2019 to September 2020,88 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group of 44 cases was treated with insulin aspart 30 injection,and the study group of 44 cases on the basis of the control group treated with liraglutide,the clinical effects and blood glucose levels of the two groups were compared.Results The study group was markedly effective 43.18%,the control group was markedly effective 36.36%,and the effective rate of the study group was 90.91%higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group FPG(7.75±0.64)mmol/L,2 hPG(7.13±1.18)mmol/L and the index of HbAlc was(7.15±1.17)%,lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea,hypoglycemia,and drowsiness in the study group was 4.54%lower than that of the control group 18.18%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The SF-36 score(89.75±8.32)points of the patient was higher than that of the control group(72.48±10.86)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of type 2 diabetes with insulin injection combined with liraglutide can control blood glucose levels,reduce adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life,which has certain clinical application value.
